Cancellation Policy *

We’re thrilled to welcome you to this retreat! To make sure everyone has a smooth experience, here’s what you need to know: A $500 deposit is required to hold your spot. Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of registration, and after that they are non-refundable. Remaining payments are due in two installments: 50% by October 20 and the final balance by November 20. We’ll send reminders by email and text the day before. Missing a payment by 24 hours may result in losing your spot. All payments after the due dates are non-refundable. This retreat is first-come, first-served, and rooms or beds cannot be reserved without a deposit. Participants are responsible for any damage to the lodge or retreat property. Travel, personal expenses, souvenirs, or excursions outside the retreat are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost items, missed flights, or travel disruptions. We are also not responsible for any food, spa services, or classes offered by ChoZen Retreat Center — any concerns about those services can be addressed directly with ChoZen. To keep the retreat safe and supportive, Parashakti Alexandra may decline participation or remove anyone displaying violent or unsafe behavior. We are not responsible for participants leaving early or engaging in activities outside the retreat program. Cancellations due to weather, travel conditions, or other unforeseen events are not covered by the retreat. The retreat is not medical or therapeutic in nature. Any guidance offered during the retreat is for inspiration and personal growth, and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Thank you for reading!
