Transformative Experiences
For Those Seeking More
yoga retreats + yoga teacher trainings are containers that hold the energy, evolvement, and transformation for those who are present. in community, we learn not only about ourselves, but how to relate, hold space, share with, and heal with others. this collaborative offering, often with other teachers + guides, creates a lifeforce of its own. each cohort is uniquely different; depending entirely on who decides to arrive and how. by the time closing ceremony comes around for retreats + trainings, deep friendships are made, personal breakthroughs are experienced, and lives are changed.
retreats are held every few months, all over the world + within the united states. each offering has a theme, with all practices and activities complementing that theme. while there are couples or groups of friends who register together, there are often individuals who register alone. all classes are open level, making retreats suitable for all people no matter their experience with yoga.
yoga teacher trainings run 1-2 times a year and upon completion, the aspirant will be a certified teacher under 200 hours of study and practice. several teachers are involved so the student has a well-rounded understanding from various aspects of studying and teaching yoga. although the certification is given to all by the end of our training, participating in a yoga teacher training is not just for people who have the desire to be teachers — many people like to register for a chance to deepen their own personal practice + better understand the lifestyle of yoga, without an intention to teach one day.

The Relational Path: Ethics Of Togetherness
In collaboration with a Kirby Yoga, this transformative 6-week journey is designed to support seekers looking to better themselves and their relationships through understanding ancient yogic philosophy. Rooted in the Raja Yoga path, this course explores the Yamas—ethical principles that guide our relationships with others—and how to embody them within the discomforts and the pleasures of life.
Through 75-minute weekly sessions (some co-led, some individually guided), we’ll weave ancient wisdom with current topics like global suffering, boundaries, self-love, radical honesty, non-violent communication, and compassion.
