Rhythmic Woman

private coaching offering trauma-trained somatic practices , nervous system healing, yogic influence, and menstrual cycle education to help women live in alignment with their bodies in a culture that asks them not to.

For The Woman

Reclaiming Her Body

She hears the word pleasure and freezes; associating it only with sexuality, disconnected from the deeper presence available through her own body.

She may be living with a reproductive diagnosis and is tired of being failed by a system that doesn’t see her as a whole woman

She may be carrying wounds that have left her feeling numb, disconnected, or unsafe - but knows there must be a way to heal

She carries younger parts of herself that are still asking to be seen, and doesn't yet know how to hold them.

She has learned to measure her worth through performance, and longs to finally rest in who she is.

She craves to feel closer to nature, closer to God, and closer to herself.

Becoming a Mother

She wants to feel at home in her changing body; not just manage it.

She is pregnant and wants more than a healthy birth; she wants a sacred one

She desires a deeper sense of trust in her body & a spiritual bond with her baby long before they arrive

She senses her baby as a soul she is already in relationship with, and wants to tend that connection

She wonders if she “has what it takes” to become a mom, to be initiated into this next stage of her life

She is ready to move through pregnancy not as something happening to her, but as something she is actively, spiritually living.

Finding Her Way Back

She turns against herself when she doesn't get it right, and she is so tired of that voice.

She holds everything together, but only she knows how heavy it is to carry.

She feels like she is losing herself in motherhood, and quietly grieves the woman she used to be.

She lives mostly in her mind, and the body has become a place she barely notices rather than a home she lives in.

She knows that to truly show up for her children, she has to finally… gently…show up for herself.

She is ready to heal her nervous system as an act of love not only for herself but for everyone she holds.

If you see yourself in any of these lines,
Rhythmic Woman was created for this part of your journey.

what we explore in session

we meet weekly for six weeks, with each session held in a 90-minute private container designed to support you to meet your own depth, have time for reflection, and integration.

each session begins with a womb-centered somatic practice and an acknowledgment of where you are within your menstrual cycle, allowing the work to unfold in body rather than in mind. your cycle becomes an orienting framework which helps to understand the language of your body.

embodied journaling is woven into every session. writing directly after somatic practice often reveals truths that cannot be reached through thought alone. this is the practice of writing from the body; listening inwardly and allowing what is present to take shape in language without forcing meaning right away.

our very first session begins by moving through your intake form together, creating space for me to understand your personal history, your current season of life, and what you most desire from this work. this gives shape to the six weeks ahead while allowing each session to remain responsive to what is alive in you week by week.

our time together weaves education, somatic practice, creative inquiry, and cyclical awareness. yogic philosophy and myth are also brought in where relevant, offering ancient frameworks that help place personal experience amongst spiritual nature.

The wild nature has a vast integrity to it. It means to establish one’s territory, to find one’s pack, to be in one’s body with certainty and pride regardless of the body’s gifts and limitations, to speak and act in one’s own behalf, to be aware, alert, to draw on the innate feminine powers of intuition and sensing, to come into one’s cycles, to find what one belongs to, to rise with dignity, to retain as much consciousness as possible.
— Clarissa Pinkola Estes

Why this matters now

We are living in a culture that constantly pushes us away from connection: endless stimulation, social media, productivity, comparison, and marketing that teaches women to monitor, alter, improve, and perform rather than inhabit themselves. We are told to move quickly, stay visible, remain productive, and keep adapting; often at the expense of listening to what the body is begging for us to slow down enough to hear.

We have adapted by pushing ourselves to keep going while feeling internally far away. Talk therapy helped to name what hurts, understand the patterns, and still feel that life is passing without real change. Insight alone does not transform the relationship we have with our bodies, our choices, or our sense of self.

You no longer want numbness, pain, or old patterns to determine how you live. Something in you is ready to live more honestly, more courageously, and with greater intimacy toward what is True.

A woman who is connected to her body knows what matters. She becomes clearer in what she needs, more discerning in what she gives her energy to, and more honest in how she expresses herself. She is less easily shaped by noise because she is in dialogue with something much deeper.

Life is already moving, and the body is asking to be heard.

Whether your longing is for motherhood, partnership, creative expression, deeper peace, or simply a greater sense of freedom, what sits beneath that longing is your ability to be in relationship with your own body. Because at the foundation of the life you want is the ability to hear yourself clearly, trust what you hear, and respond from a place that is rooted. This work helps to discover that dialogue so the future you imagine is no longer something distant, but something you begin building from within.

the essence of a rhythmic woman

a rhythmic woman knows her cycle is a source of guidance. she honors her body’s signal to rest, follows its inspiration to create, bares her teeth in protection and bites her tongue when she feels herself responding outside of the present moment. she no longer expects herself to feel or function the same way every day, because she understands that change is part of her design, and her essence is fluid and nuanced

she expresses herself honestly. she does not bury what is true, nor does she allow truth to become harmful. she has learned how to stay connected to herself even in moments of intensity, trigger, discomfort, or conflict.

there is less force in the way she lives. she does not push herself beyond what her capacity, and she is less compelled to control those around her. her rhythms begin to influence the atmosphere of her home, her relationships, and the way life is organized around what is sustainable.

she has developed greater safety within her own body, which allows complexity to exist without collapse. she understands that healing is not something to complete, but an ongoing dialogue with her body that she will be in relationship with forever. she knows this is a gift; an honor, and a deep commitment.

she is not free from difficulty, but she is less ruled by it.

this is not a finished identity to achieve, but a way of relating to yourself that begins to strengthen through consistent practice, attention, and the work we do together.
