Rhythms: A Women’s Retreat Centering
The Cycles of Nature
& The Female Nervous System

Bocas Del Toro, Panama

February 16-21, 2026

Welcome to Rhythms

On Isla Colón—the largest island in Panama’s Bocas del Toro archipelago—we will gather at Bird Island Bungalows, an oceanfront retreat center set between the Caribbean Sea and lush jungle. The property offers its own private beach, a pool deck with ocean-view loungers, two yoga shalas, and winding jungle paths. It’s common to encounter monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds throughout the grounds. The setting strikes a rare balance: comfortable and thoughtfully designed, yet deeply connected to the land.

This will be our home for 5 nights and 6 days, intentionally off-grid and held in a small, intimate container.

The Flow

Our days will begin with meditation, breathwork, and yoga asana, grounding the body and setting the tone for the day ahead. From there, we’ll move through a carefully curated rhythm of somatic practices, workshops, group experiences, and time in nature.

This gathering is designed for women who are ready to slow down, listen inward, and learn how to live in greater alignment with their cyclical bodies. Through education, embodiment, and shared experience, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your nervous system, hormones, and inner rhythms work together—and how to support them in daily life.

Equally important is the space to rest and receive: time to lounge by the pool and beach, sway in hammocks, explore the island, and experience pleasure without urgency. The small group of women coming together will form a community, a sisterhood; offering reflection, resonance, and support.

What We’re Cultivating

At its core, Rhythms is an immersion in femininity, inner wisdom, and community. The wild intelligence of the jungle and sea becomes a mirror—reminding us of our natural state when we live in harmony with the rhythms that move through us and around us.

I'm in!!!!

Parashakti Alexandra and Indie Flow of Love recently sat down for a conversation on the As I Am Podcast, hosted by Parashakti Alexandra. In this episode, they explore their relationship, shared values, and the work that brings them together. This conversation is about how relationships mirror our deepest wounds, and how they can also become the ground for healing, accountability, and growth. Tune in to hear how their own cycle of rupture and repair has not only matured them as women, but strengthened the way they both hold space for others in their work and lives.
